At a time when Islamic societies have long since lost their character of being an “ummah” and are divided into tiny units in the form of a “nation-state” and even a “tribe-state”, there is no doubt that “the rebuilding and revival of the Muslim ummah stand before us as an inevitable task”. [i] The priority in achieving the goal of reviving or establishing the ummah is for Muslims to “gain ummah consciousness” and to break the narrow molds of nation-identities based on an “ethnic, geographical or linguistic” basis. I began my assessment with the aphorism of Noam Chomsky's definition of imperialism. To put the world in order is white man’s burden. “White man’s burden”; Because without the substitution of economic freedom, arousing one’s appetite with political freedom will not be of any use to people. Imperialist countries are observing only one thing; if political and economic conditions are available for direct investments or will they be?
The caliphate can be divided into four periods.
1-The period of Rashidun, which lasted 30 years (632-661).
2-The period of the Arab kingdom, which lasted 600 years (661-1258) and in which the caliphate became a reign passed from father to son.
3-The interregnum period which lasted approximately 300 years (1258-1517), in which the caliphs did not have political authority.
4-The period of the Ottoman Caliphate, which has been going on since 1517. 1
The period between 1945 and 1990, which began at the end of the World War II, is the "Cold War" period. After the end of the Cold War, the US is the greatest asymmetric power and military-political leader in the New World Order.
The global powers that structured the Islamic geography 100 years ago, in the New World order that started with the end of the cold war, with the Greater Middle East project, this time they want to establish their dominance with the strategy of taking our geography under control, by provoking national-sectarian and congregation polarizations, by dragging them into a chaos environment.
I started my words with the idea that "the greatest victory is that which requires no battle" emphasized by Sun Tzu in his book The Art of War which is published two thousand years ago, written by Sun-tzu ping-fa, a Chinese war strategist and philosopher, and today book is among the most important strategic sources.
In Sun Tzu's philosophy; It is said that the highest effectiveness of knowledge and strategy is to make conflict totally unneeded. "The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting." Sun Tzu emphasizes that there are many ranks in the martial arts and that the best of them is "to reveal the plans of your enemies."
In 2013, the political-economic-cultural goals of the 2023-2071 year of the construction of a new Turkey were determined by our President Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN and declared the goals of a strong national and independent New Turkey. Turkey's goals were a project of establishing a New Turkey by restructuring (Restoration) and building process in the "historical, cultural axis, geography", which is based on the return to its own values, namely, its own civilized values.
